Installation
- Open Mozilla Add-ons in Firefox.
 - Search for AltTextLab or follow the direct listing link.
 - Click Add to Firefox → Add Extension.
 - Once installed, open the add-on menu (puzzle icon in the toolbar).
 - Find Alt Text Lab → Options.
 - Paste your API key (you can generate it from your AltTextLab dashboard).

How to use
- Go to any page containing an image you’d like to describe.
 - Right-click on it.
 - Select “AltTextLab: Generate alt text.”
 - Wait a moment — the description will appear in a popup or panel.
 - Copy it to your clipboard and use it wherever you need (WordPress, Shopify, social media, etc.).
 
Customization options
You can personalize how the add-on behaves:
Language - Choose the output language for generated alt text.
AI writing style - Pick a tone such as “neutral,” “descriptive,” or “minimal.”
Use keywords from web page - AI will consider keywords from the page to generate more relevant descriptions.
Auto-copy to clipboard - Automatically copy the result after generation.
